We dropped off our ottoman based on some reviews i found about this store (which most were good). When we arrived they told us a price and what they would do. So we agreed. Almost a month later I haven’t heard anything back so i called the store and they said the man haven’t even gotten to it yet. About three more weeks pass by and they called and said it was ready but the price was increased and they took apart and added a bunch of wood at the bottom for support and not once called to check or ask if we still wanted to go through with them fixing it or if we were okay with the added wood and price. They ottoman is now a lot heavier and is half the price of just getting a new one..nThe work it self looks good but they have no communication skills and if you don't call every week they’ll change everything if they think it’s necessary.

It took them a long time to get fabric in. When they delivered my recliner, the whole mechanism was not right. They came over, took recliner back to correct problem. WaitednSeveral more weeks. Delivered again, mechanism was still not operating properly. They even took chair apart to try and find problem in my living room floor! They again couldn’t make the chair right.Told me he was going back and talk to Sherry about chair and would be back the next day. That has been over a year ago. They talk a good talk, but they don’t deliver a quality recovered recliner! Would not recommend this company!!!

She does excellent work. Very nice to her customers. And it's reasonably priced I would recommend her to anybody.
