The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I especially like that they offered disposable coverings to use while trying out the sample mattresses and offered hand sanitizer. I also felt comfortable because masks were required. Overall good experience! So far the mattress feels good and is what we expected. The delivery was also timely and the two guys wore mask and shoe coverings when entering our home. They were both professional and polite. They even hauled away the old mattress!

When I tell you the customer service was amazing!!!!ud83dude0aud83dude09 Tim made me and my husband feel so welcome. He was very knowledgeable when It came to showing us the mattresses. And the other associate Krystal was wonderful with the demonstrations. I would till a friend or a family member who have back pain to go there and get a mattress. Worth it

This has been by far the best mattress firm visit ever! My 11 year old was in need of a new mattress and I had walked in just looking for the most decent firm mattress for an 11 year old who pretty much doesn’t take care of anything that I buy him! The store manager Robert was able to help me understand firm doesn’t equate to lasting longer. Robert allowed my son to test mattresses and ultimately he settled on a great mattress at a great price! The manager was very informative and personable. Will definitely send others to this location in the near future!

Honestly I forgot the great man that helped me. I asked what I needed and he accommodated properly. I went looking for a purple bed I was allowed to lay on it like I wish to sleep just get a feel of the bed and I was not disappointed. I also asked for other beds alike with the firmness but the purple bed for me.

I give this store (Robert)a 5. He was amazing very very knowledgeable. He was not pushing a sale at all..answered all our questions and gave us tips on choosing a mattress. We will definitely go back to him to buy our mattress. We would highly recommend the store.
