Really horrible customer service. I've came here 4 times & everytime it's a disappointment with the manager. I cant get an estimate if I change plans on the total billing. He couldnt even add a phone to one of my lines!! Horrible attitude in training his new employee. Your better off going somewhere else. I came to buy a phone that had 3 in stock online at this store but physically had none in hand. So is inventory wrong or is someone stealing?
Wonderful customer service! Janet helped me out and she was very understanding and explained everything that I needed to know about AT&T service!
Normally I don't take the time to submit reviews but after making a visit to this location a few times, I feel it's necessary. The associates are very helpful. It doesn't matter the problem, they will help. And I should mention, Janet is a cutieeud83eudd70
