I had bought a printer a week ago and set it up all the way and threw away the box. She told me that they couldn't do anything without the box. I explained the situation to her and she helped make the dream happen. Thank you so much Diana!

Great service from the print team! I called twice before placing my order online and Netty was SUPER helpful. When I arrived at the store, they rushed my order through and were very friendly. I was offered help twice by passing employees while i finished my shopping.

Came in to get two 24x36 copies printed and laminated. Clerk training the new girl tells me it will be late today or tomorrow and she was kind of rushed. I asked if they could do 1 on regular paper no lament. She said, “Now?” I said, “Yes.”. She said, “Sure.”. She walked off and started doing something else. After a minute I asked how long. She said, “You mean Now Now?.” Duh, no Now tomorrow!!! What happened to friendly customer service? Of course the new girl was wonderful. Trying to learn. I asked her if she could credit my business account because she asked for my mobile phone number, she said I would have to enter it all in again. I ended up buying it without my office depot credit. To much trouble.

Terrible customer service. What I hated the most is paying upfront for prints which is no problem. The problem was not having my prints on time, and staff not being able to locate my order status. Some of them were clueless. At time of pick up, the lady who was in prints was rude, and definitely needs to be taught customer skills.nnIn other words, please PLEASE take your printing needs business elsewhere to avoid a headache. Specially if you’re looking to print large Engineering plans. Smh.
