So disappointing. I recommended this place because of the excellent service and great massage I had here when I went. However my sisters scheduled a massage a few days ago for today at 5pm. They arrived 5 minutes early and were told you were too busy to take them for their scheduled appt?! They were moved to 6:30pm. Then about 6:15 they received a call saying that you had to move it again to 8:30pm and I talked to the front desk lady on phone to try to solve it and explained they couldn't come at 8:30 and they had a scheduled appt for 5pm. Next the lady said they would be closed and maybe wrong number over and over and then hung up. My sisters stopped by at 6:30pm to try to resolve it and were told they need to come back tomorrow. I have never heard of such bad service and this was not my experience. It's so unfortunate. But you have lost business from multiple people now. Maybe this is someone new at front desk, but this is unacceptable.

Today I went to mc message due to having shoulder and neck pain the guy who did my massage me was so rough with me, was hitting in the head just not a gentle person. I was not impressed and will not return

Hands down one of the best thai message I've ever had. Anna has the softest hands worked out knots in my neck and shoulders and if you're having back hamstring or calf pain her feet are from heaven. The lady that was in the chair before me told me I didn't believe it now I'm a believer great clean place looking for until the next time
