At first service and receiving my bed was good, because COVID just started. About 2-3 months in the wall plug for the bed base broke. I have tried for almost a year to get it replaced. Dream On gave me numbers to call and I got the run around. Every time I called Dream On would give me another number to try but they never helped me or called. This was under warranty and they should have taken care of it instead of me doing it. I left message after message or called other numbers. With COVID places were At minimal capacity on workers.nThe money I spent on the bed is ridiculous when they don’t follow up on their promises!!!

There is much I can say about this business. From customer service, to pricing, to product. I have purchased for work over 12 twin beds, and just recently have purchased 2 beds for our home. Was given a exceptional customer service from the beginning, on-time delivery (for me this matters alot) and was never swayed to purchase one bed verses another. Local business owners is a plus, and management is local. This matters because they know they will see you again at some point, shopping, eating or movie...so they treat every customer with the same respect and dignity. No matter where you search, I would definitely give this place an opportunity to earn your business and even more to become part of a family that truly has your intentions in mind, at the end, everyone will rest easier...I promise. By the way we purchase 2 full size mattress which are made in the USA in Lockhart...how amazing is that!

This was the most pleasant mattress shopping experience I have ever had. The staff was knowledgable but didn't use the same sale tactics as other stores do. Plain and simple, straight to the point. I was able to be financed here! Quick easy and painless! Got an amazing set of sheets and the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on in my life! I will never buy another bed from anywhere else and won't reccomend anywhere else! The cherry on top for us was the Frank Sinatra playing in the background! Thank you again for everything!
