Be careful doing business at this location. They’re not above lying to you. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. If I could give less than one star, I would.nnUpdate to store owner response that said they were sorry to hear that my visit was less than satisfactory:nThe associate who waited on me outright lied about what information he gave to me. This is not a training issue, it’s an integrity issue. Integrity issues are much harder to correct than having associates who are friendly and knowledgeable.
The sales associate was excellent! Outstanding customer service skills—They really went above and beyond to help. The location in Seguin, Texas ALWAYS have helpful & friendly employees! I have been to this location multiple times and never once have I received bad customer service.
Amazing customer service. When I went to switch to a new phone the staff there was very informed and helpful. Had no trouble during the process, they kept me informed on any deals that I could get and looked out for my best interest. It did not take long for the process to be completed, it was quick and smooth. Will definitely be going back to this location when I switch again.
Sabrina and Jordan are great! They will take their time to help you out and take care of you. I would definitely recommend this location, their employees are 10/10.
