Absolutely blown away by the customer service... The guy working there was so nice and so helpful. I went there to get an old phone activated because my son's phone broke and the SIM card was $27 and he actually ended up having another phone there for $25 that included the SIM card, so we got a new phone for less and my son is over the top happy. He was really great and said to come back if we have any issues with a one year guarantee. I will be going back soon to upgrade my other son's phone once it dies. Exceptional customer service, you definitely have our business.

The new manager here is amazing! Excellent Service! Really cared & helped me out getting my new phone & helped me transfer all my contacts & pictures over! I'm definitely going to continue to come back now! Glad they finally got a new face there!

Sean and Ana were extremely helpful. I have had an account for about T Mobile for about 10 yrs. My phone had to have a factory reboot twice in the past yr. I lost all my data, phone numbers, pics, e mail addresses. I went to T Mobile and they suggested I contact Goggle and that I could by a new phone. Sean and Ana at Metro PCS were knowledgeable and helpful in finding a new plan that fits my needs. They were not trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and suggested plans that would work for me. They were exceptional. Glad they were located so close.
