I am trying to upgrade my plan from 30 to 50 before my due date but they told me to pay $50 on same day I change the plan. I know that I dont have to pay it now until my payment due day. And I said I dont want to pay it today then she was hesitating to help me.
Went in to activate a tablet today. The lady at the counter told me they only activate the tablets they sell. I went to the next one and activated it, no issue at all.
Great service, nice atmosphere, good employees. This is the best metro I’ve ever been too. Will come back again!!!!
I purchased a phone from the recomendation of Zee. That day the customer service what's good. The next day the phone did not function adequately to what I needed, could not hear people speak phone ran too slow just could not conduct good business. I was on a budget so I took her recommendation and went with an LG. Today I came back to return the phone per policy and was refused and I won't go into details but never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly. I am completely disgusted at the actions of Z. She refused to do her job and to return the phone she played cat-and-mouse and lied to me and try to keep me in the dark and then her head turned around a complete 180 and I don't even think I know who people are anymore. Very strange .
