I switched carriers from Sprint/T-Mobile to AT&T, to try to save a little money each month. and my original interaction with the store was phenomenal. Kay Kay was helping me and she was so wonderful. She is very knowledgeable in regards to the products and she made the transition extremely smooth and enjoyable. Little did I know that my first bill was going to be $475. I switched 2 lines and 2 watches. When I made the switch I was told my bill would be approx $186 a month + installment amounts for the new phones. I knew the first bill would be a little higher due to activation fees and such, but $475 is insane. I went to the store last week to get help with this and I was told that it would be taken care of and the original quote would be honored and I would get a call later that day to confirm everything was corrected. I still have not received a call and my bill is still $475. I should have stayed with Sprint.

Anita is very helpful and respectful! Awesome personality and took care of everything that needed to be done. Left with a brand new phone and accessories for a good deal. I am a satisfied customer! Thanks!

Anita (store manager) was very great! I was in search of an iPhone 12 Pro Max (Gold) all morning and they only had one in-stock left. She held it for me and I was able to get some quality accessories too! Great conversationalist and was able to feel at ease. Definitely recommend seeing her when you have any phone needs.

This store is amazing! Anita was the girl I came to see with it feels like a million problems and customer service center not being helpful at all. She explained my billing issues, explained upgrades and how it would affect the bill. She is amazing! Please come in and see her if you have any issues with billing She will take the time to explain.

Amazing Staff! Customer service is outstanding. Employees extremely knowledgeable and informative. I recommend this store to everyone. Annita the store manager helped me set up a business account and was amazing.
