What is the point of a phone number if no one ever answers it?? Just saying. I have 1 question just 1 I am not driving to the store to ask 1 question. I thought t mobile taking over would be great since t mobile customer service is amazing guess not.

The workers reviewed themselves while fixing my phone. I would have been okay with it if they had simply asked. Now I'm just wondering if they went through anything else on my phone...
