Terrible customer service. I went in and applied for a sectional set. The sales manager Josh or something similar let me know that the couch was still in stock and in fact would be able to be delivered in a few days and that someone would reach out to me to set up delivery time. I came in the store i was greeted found the couch on my own and the entire time he was sitting on his phone saying okay this okay that. Totally unattended the entire time being there. Few days fly by i sell my old couch expecting my new one. I called to check in. Conveniently Josh or whatever the guys name is was not there. The person is accounts management told me he could not find any of my information in there system. Also the grey sectional with swivel was out of stock now. This is unacceptable. No one has reached out to me since. I went to Bellas furniture got a couch delivered the next day. Employees should follow up and give accurate information and be attentive especially since i was the only customer in at that time. Poor customer service poor experience if i could give this store 0 stars i would.

I bought a brand new Maytag washer and dryer set and I hate it from day one I have to dry everything twice and the washer doesn't even submerge the clothes in soap and water and will leave stuff still on them to have to be washed a second time as well. I'm better off handwashing and hang drying my stuff....Complete waste of $1300ud83dude21ud83eudd2cud83dude14 This pillow just came out the washer and still wet but guess what not clean!!!!!
