I've only ever dealt with their repair staff... however, the service they provide is exemplary. I've had to repair my phone on three occasions and, during that time, my phone has aged quite a bit (Galaxy 7). For this latest repair, it seemed as if there was no chance that they would be able to procure the necessary parts; but their repair team went above and beyond, and were able to do so... extending my need to replace my old phone for just a little bit longer.

Robert did a great job explaining each special available to us. He wasn't pushy and he simply focused on what he was doing which made our visit quick. I appreciated that he wrote himself a personal reminder that I would return on Friday. Based on his customer service as a property manager I'd like to see him as a leasing agent. See you Friday!

Was surprised to see all the negative reviews. They immediately greeted us, put us in a waiting list and helped us accordingly. The employees were very nice and professional. The store was also clean. No complaints from me.

Great service, coverage, price, and plans. Any store I have been to have been very well run.

Very horrible customer service and the way the “Manager” treated a customer. Extremely rude to me and just was petty and walked around with my phone in his hand. Went in to pick up my phone said I had 4 people in front after I had appointment. I questioned it and told him this isn’t good customer service. He said well you’re going to have to wait. I waited then 2 other sets of people came in they checked them in told them to wait. I then was waiting and noticed the manager told another employee to help this guy who came after me to see what he wanted. He then started talking to other people who came in after. I questioned him as to why can’t he help me as I noticed he was walking with a phone. He said no you have to wait gave no reason to why. I said that’s probably my phone in your hand so why can’t you help? He then said if you’re going to argue leave the store. I said I’m not leaving till you give me my phone as I have been in here 3 times trying to deal with this. I have 2 pictures that I took of him talking to 2 other different employees and not helping. I end up getting help by another girl who actually helped me Saturday and she was nice and so was the other manager I dealt with the 1st time. This last manager REALLY needs help on the way he treats customers. There was no reason for him to be so petty and carry the phone I was there to Get. I wish I could add his picture
