The manager at this location seems to operate with his own special rules. Gamestop is offering a special when you buy a tote bag for 4.99 then you get 25% off of the items in the bag, I asked the manager if he had a bag but he said that promotion is only on his clearance items and that its next week..... main street gamestop seems to have better selection instead of this one
They were great. Friendly staff and service above and beyond.
Tonight I went in to buy Star Wars squadrons. The staff was completely unprofessional by making snide remarks to me after having expressed no interest in renewing my rewards account. It seems I may have insulted their pride by letting them know that I didn’t want to renew because I don’t know if GameStop will survive financially in the next year. I shop at GameStop often, but I’m also not going to pay for a membership that I have no interest in. Don’t spend your money here, go to the GameStop in Irving off belt line and 635, they’re a lot friendlier and professional there.
The workers are very knowledgable and friendly, thank you for your assistance.
Best part about this location are the employees they are all really knowledgeable and have good customer service.
