The staff there was very helpful in trying to get my number activated on a different phone. He went above and beyond and made sure he sought every avenue to fix the issues I had with the old phone. I would give more than 5 stars for the excellent customer service.

I went to this sprint store location the other day to see what specials they had going on. The store manager greeted me very quickly and was very friendly. This is not something I have seen at other sprint stores. He was very knowledgeable on the sales that were going on. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, everything had a place and all the displays that I looked at were working, again not a very common thing to find. He showed me some speakers and told me about them as well. I am very impressed with this manager and location. The best I have seen so far. Thank you sprint for this breath of fresh air, so to speak.

I needed to replace my screen protector and wasn't able to do so because they dont carry what I needed. I've only had my phone for maybe 6 weeks.
