Metro Pcs on 450 E. Round Grove Lewisville Tx is the absolute best. Each and every employee will go above and beyond to make sure any issue is resolved ASAP. I have 3 metro pcs stores right by my house and I go out of my way to go to this store. Everyone is honest and will not take advantage of you like so many others do and have to me. Thank you.
Employees were very inquisitive and intuitive. Resolved my phone issue within minutes. Will be coming back here as a regular. Awesome service, nonetheless.
Lost my phone and spoke with customer service who cancelled my line. Came into thia store after calling customer service 3 times and the gentleman named Reon was able to resolve my issue. He called customer and they were trying to charge me to add my line back in my account......which they cancelled.....but Reon told them that I shouldn't be charged since it wasn't my fault.......All I Can Say is that you can't find Great Customer Service like Reon provided nowadays......Thanks again Reon
This place has the best customer service around. Claudia does a wonderful job of communicating with her guest and surely makes me feel welcomed.I wish there was more people like her.
