I’m not sure why a business would treat a customer the way I was treated over a face mask Situation. Almost as if it’s there job to make sure they continue pushing a narrative that has been scientifically proven not to work, even after “requirements” have been lifted. Then, made me conduct business outside like I’m some infectious disease. When outside.. refused to provide proper paperwork on a return and called law enforcement on me to finalize my paperwork. Wonderful. The police officers were extremely helpful and helped me get this Silly deal resolved. Also, informed me that now it’s on record that my return took place. The point to this is...mask “MANDATES” are unconstitutional and these sheep need to wake up or we won’t have a country anymore. Be leaders! Not followers!nWe live in America! Not China!

Poor customer service, don’t deserve any star. My husband was there to return an item. The person at the register just ignored my husband. He was never acknowledged by the store clerk(1/9/[email protected]). While he was waiting, the store clerk took care of another family who came after him. The clerk treat customers with color I guess. It’s really bad, at least to ask my husband why he is standing there. Please don’t treat or underestimate people with their color, we never know from where you get a help when you really need one, especially when the whole world is fighting with the pandemic. Great Customer experience-Knowledgeable employee Victor Mora was so patient by walking us through the entire process along with explaining the pros and cons on several different instruments! Victor truly went above and beyond making the process stress-free, thus allowing us to feel confident we chose the right instrument for our daughter’s first year in Band! Thank you ;)

Very helpful service when I was looking to rent a 4/4 cello. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable though the whole process. Plus the store is using all the right precautions (mask, hand sanitizer) for customers while we're fighting off the pandemic.
