Surprised this is only a three star hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the decor is refreshing to say the least.nnI had a good experience with the customer service and enjoyed the products the room offered.nnReally capitalized on the right things.

Full disclaimer, I have yet to be a guest at this establishment but had to provide this review from a customer service perspective so please note that. I write this after we had a medical emergency and I had to request to cancel my reservation, which was done through Hotwire on a special rate without insurance! This hotel did not have to do anything and they would be completely in the right to refuse the refund and I would have accepted it completely as this was a very big ask given how much the hotel industry is hurting going on 9 months of a pandemic. The fact that they not only heard our reply within the same day but responded back with their condolences and provided a full refund no questions asked speaks volumes from a customer service standpoint. If they cared enough to empathize with out situation and provide the refund, then I am sure they put the same amount of care into their on-premise hotel service (given from the other reviews seems about right). I am hopeful once our situation changes we can directly book with this establishment and thank them in person for their wonderful customer service.

Had a delightful experience staying at the hotel. Love the way exercise equipment is placed in the room and the TV classes are great. Definitely a great concept.nI appreciated the free refill water bottle and easy check in and check out.nHighly recommended especially close to lake union. The area around the hotel is very walkable as well.

Very modern. Very welcoming, comfortable room. Parking is easy, front desk folks are very friendly.

Staff and front desk are super nice... its a regular stop for us @ this hotel... Home Away From Home ...
