I go to Brow Arc for about 2 years now. Their members are great and thoughtful and they are definitely top professionals! I love that they are cleaning and disinfect very througly the chairs and working stations between customers. I was the only one in the saloon for my procedures. I will keep being a customer! Thank you!
I go here often to avail their threading services. The location is ideal and they’ve precautions to prevent the spread of COVID by requiring customers to fill out online forms and placing them on a waitlist to limit the number of customers in the saloon. I signed up, but didn’t see a change in the waiting queue for a while; on giving them a call, they mentioned that they were unable to take in customers that evening. So, I’ve not visited since the start of the pandemic.nFrom all of my previous experiences - usually, I’ve a good experience and am satisfied. However, there have been a couple of misses and I’ve been left dissatisfied. Overall, I would recommend this place. After all, I’ve been visiting over a year. Just make sure to clearly communicate what you want and what your expectations are with the services you’re availing and give them a call to ensure that they’re available to take in customers.
Been twice inside, the employee never greets and welcomes, tries to give energy so customer leaves themselves.

Had not gotten my eyebrows done in over a year for the trust issue of not having a good person who would do them to my liking but sharada was AMAZING I recommend her services I asked for my brows to not be left thin and I am happy I finally found a wonderful place and lady
