I can not explain how much this place has improved my life. Not only by revolutionary technology that has given me back so much of my natural energy, but also because of the people I have met while attending my sessions. They genuinely care about your health and safety and do everything they can to give you a customized experience at an amazingly reasonable price. I just feel so lucky to have found Celsius and Studio 3.

So I purchased my week intro for the cryotherapy and my final day was today. As I was finishing up one of the sales representatives pressured me into extending my membership. I EXPLAINED CLEARLY to her that I was unsure because I have two shows coming up and that now probably wasn’t the best time but she reassured me that “Oh we can still lock you in at this rate 149.99 but we’ll just push it out to whatever date you would like it to start” I said okay fine, because it would give me time to think about it and I was told I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED until said date. Here it is a few hours later and of course right when they closed so no one can answer the phone.nnShady business.

I came to cryotherapy because I have read that it helps with soothing eczema-like skin and was good for your muscles. I weight train so I’m usually almost always sore and wanted to find something to help my skin. The whole process is quick and easy, you’re done in 5 minutes. You get undressed and sit in the cold chamber for about 2 minutes, and you’re accompanied by a staff member. Every staff member I’ve been with has been very kind and easy to talk to, so it makes the process go by fast. Is it cold? Absolutely. If you’re uncomfortable, just let the staff know, but you’re usually don’t before you know it and you get back to normal temperature fast.nnI did end up getting an unlimited membership for a couple months because I wanted to be consistent and also try out the other services: infrared sauna and compression therapy. I really enjoyed the sauna, because it was nice and warm and relaxing to be in the sauna by yourself for 30 minutes. Compression was interesting, I don’t believe it was for me.nnOverall, I went about 3-4 times a week and I felt like it helped with my itchy skin and muscles. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because the membership was a bit out of my price range. But the staff made it easy to cancel and welcomed me back anytime.
