Sonia is so sweet and caring, she is always looking out for better deals and more advance technology to help me with my connection and gives great detail to all of our concerns! Bella is a great manager and store leader who is well versed in all areas and offers she is always willing to help with no problem! Fantastic attention and superb service at this T-Mobile location in Bryan, Texas. Abigail, Bella, Adriana, and Sonia demonstrated exceptional service from the moment we walked into the store, until the last minute of our purchase they took the time and patience to explain to us all our options, benefits, deals, recommendations, etc. in order for us to make an informed decision on mobile service plan and acquisition of new devices. If anyone is ready to switch from AT&T, Verizon; I highly recommend this T-Mobile store.
Wow. Bella and Abigail did a great job on showing us the different phones and then when told us what was half price. We got everything transferred over and it was a simple process. Then she even told me how to get a military discount on my account
