It's is a good phone company. Two issues: no stock in the phone that I wanted for months, the insurance is too expensive..
I love t-mobile. I was with sprint for 8 or 9 yrs. Every month my bill was going higher & higher & at home because we lived in the country the signal sucked. So we went to cricket & it sucked too out in the country so we went to t-mobile due to our youngest daughter telling us of the great deals they had & they have not failed us yet.
