The service here is amazing, I am a male who gets his nails and toes done. They never let me down, the work here is the best I’ve seen. They always make me feel welcome and I never feel out of place. Very professional and probably one of the only places in SA that is the cleanest and safest even before the pandemic started. I will come back and bring everyone I know. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
Such an amazing experience here! Kenny did a wonderful job on my nails and Vivian never disappoints with her designs. I'm impressed with all of the precautions because of Covid. It made me feel safe with everything that is going on. Everyone is so helpful, especially when I took ages to decide on what colors to do. There are so many options lol! Overall, it was such a relaxing experience and I'm so happy with how my nails turned out! I highly recommend coming here and requesting Kenny or Vivian. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
Kim did my nails and while cutting back my cuticle, she drew blood 3X! & instead of addressing me she just hoped I wouldn’t notice! While she was priming them, they began to sting and again nothing was addressed. Go somewhere else, definitely do not recommend.
Lashes-Appointment only for lashes when I did go. My initial appointment was amazing. I don't remember my lash lady's name, but she was young and had brunette hair. She was extremely friendly. At the time, I had severe and very active cystic acne, she really helped me feel like I didn't have anything to be scared of. She maintained eye contact and spoke about stuff that put me at ease.nA couple weeks later, I went for a lash fill and my lash lady was very different.. it was just a very uncomfortable vibe throughout my visit. Lashes got expensive and my comfort level with them diminished so I stopped getting them done altogether.nPedicure-Amazing. My time here made me feel very upscale. The service is amazing- attentiveness to customer needs/wants, variety of powders and finishes that go beyond basic shellac, complimentary drinks, and the establishment itself is well kept and a different vibe from the city itself, in a great way.nI recently went for a manicure at a different salon and wished I would've came here.
Love this location! Just moved to the area and so far love everything about this place. They are clean, friendly, and their safety precautions for Covid are wonderful! Their technicians are meticulous and I have yet to leave disappointed with my service. My daughter loves their kid manicures and pedicures as well.
