Ive been there a few times over the years. He is always super nice and readily shares knowledge. What should be a 5 minute transaction usually ends up being 30 minutes and not only do I walk out a satisfied customer but I leave knowing something new and useful in audio playback.
Galen is wonderful! He sincerely tries to fit what your needs are and doesn't push like other sellers. He is very knowledgeable about hifi products and carries a better selection than anyone else in San Antonio. I have bought a pair of headphones and a record player so far and both experiences and products were amazing.
Gelen is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with audio and provides invaluable input to help you decide on your next audio investment or upgrade. Always super patient, will hear all of your requirements and then recommend you the options what make more sense. Highly recommended.
Galen has to be the easiest guy to learn about audio from. He's insanely patient and friendly. It's amazing how knowledgeable he is with the products and the audio world in general. There's good reason why he has a 5 star rating at the time of writing this review.
