The older lady at the store is rudest i have ever encountered.very bad for business.giving ATT a bad name. She just seems bitter abt life or perhaps has a dislike for particular people. Zero customer care skills

Amazing service and clean store. Marisela was awesome! I had several things to get done today:add 2 lines, get new devices(or bring my own), swap SIM cards, etc. I was able to ask ALL the questions and get ALL of the answers. Never was I made to feel rushed or that she didn’t have time for me. She also made sure my original plan was the right plan for my family—I left the store confident we’re set! Marisela made sure I had her contact info in case I had more questions in the upcoming days. I was thrilled with my experience today! Grateful to have a knowledgeable resource here in Palestine!
