Wonderful no pressure shopping experience. Sheri has been absolutely wonderful. She listened to our needs and was able to make recommendations and answered all of my questions. She has an excellent knowledge of the products. She went above and beyond when I had questions after my initial visit because I wanted to make sure we were getting something close to our current mattress. She researched my mattress to find the closest match possible and called me to let me know what she had found. She helped me to change my order and delivery date. She was very helpful and patient. Very highly recommend this company and this location!

Mattress Firm was a wonderful and stress free experience today. My hubby and I went mattress shopping, and compared to Ashley Furniture, this place was so much better by 110%. Joe Jordan was our salesman, and he was phenomenal. He was by himself and had 3 customers to deal with at the same time, he was still very friendly, courteous, and an amazing personality. Joe was very very knowledgeable about all the items in the store. He was very honest with answers to our questions and we are very excited to try our new investment. It was a good experience choosing a mattress at the Mattress Firm in Easley. Joe helped us find one that was the best fit for us. He asked the right questions to find out what we needed and narrowed down the choices for us. He was helpful and patient, and never gave us any pressure. We are very confident that we found the right mattress at a good price.

We came into Mattress Firm after an unpleasant experience elsewhere. Joe Jordan met us immediately as we entered and was very knowledgeable about the products. He was working alone and was able to keep us attended to as he worked with 3 other customers as well. We left feeling satisfied with our investment in our bed and felt that Joe was more than honest with us. I will quickly recommend Joe Jordan and Mattress Firm of Easley SC when anyone should ask. The sales person was great to work with. This is actually the third time I have done business with them. The product selection is quite good. The only issue is the availability of their product. I understand this is not their problem as they have no control over the manufacturer but it is a problem for me. I would have given 5 stars if not for this.
