Owner is super helpful and friendly! I got a very good deal on a nice love seat and I couldn't be happier with the service here.
Got two queen sets delivered in the evening that are smaller than typical queen 60x80. I measured at the middle where it’s most rounded and still only 58x78. Called the store the next day and got yelled at by the owner Sarah who was nice when we shopped there. The response from her was all mattresses are different. (Wondering why and how they even have a standard size 60x80 if they gonna end up differently, what’s their margin of error? Is she selling all the bad ones that don’t pass inspection?) I said I rather got a bigger than a smaller one, if that’s the case. Of course she won’t budge or take it back even it’s just the next day after delivery. She gave me the number to the manufacturer, which no one answered. Totally disappointed with the money poorly spent there $926
Great prices and great service. No pressure buying. Would highly recommend.
