I would highly recommend Jolene Boor to anyone considering a consultation with a knowledgeable and experienced interior designer. Jolene is in the process of creating plans to decorate several rooms in our home following our downstairs renovation.nWe were overwhelmed with the idea of selecting furniture, rugs, wall art, and accessories. Jolene eased our minds as she designed plans, selected options, made recommendations and created beautiful rooms for our consideration. She truly listened to us and helped us find a style that suited our personalities and preferences. Jolene demonstrated a true commitment to our project as she dedicated countless hours to preparing plans for our consideration. We loved what she presented to us! Jolene has a gift for interior design and we are thankful she is assisting us with our home projects. We are confident that, with Jolene's help, we will be thrilled with the rooms she designed and created.

The staff is so pleasant and kind. My sales associate, Kimberly was especially friendly and warm as well as patient. We bought a new home and needed furniture for several rooms. Kimberly patiently found furniture in catalogs that I could not find in the showroom. We looked for the perfect swatches and she ensured that it was a perfect match for me. Kimberly’s creative style and ideas help decorate several rooms in our home. I will definitely purchase from there again.

This was my first time purchasing from Good's Home Furnishings. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We moved into our new home a few months ago and needed a new bed for the guest bedroom. We normally would have gone into the store's showroom, but we decided to do our research on line and decided on a bed carried by Good's. The pleasant surprise was provided by our sales consultant, Marilyn Cherry. Marilyn was very helpful in helping to confirm that the bed would work for us and she provided helpful information to make sure we had everything else needed to complete our purchase. Marilyn's friendly and professional approach was as good as my best in store experience.

We had a great experience at Good's. The staff was polite and our salesperson, Melodie W. was absolutely amazing! We had lots of questions and wonderings, but she was patient and made sure to answer all of the questions that we had. She gave us time to ponder on our decision and also gave us some new ideas to consider, ultimately helping us pick out a great dining set. Thanks a ton Melodie for a great experience! We can't wait to get our furniture.

I highly recommend this store! I had searched for months for quality living room furniture all over Charlotte. When I walked into Good's I was greated immediately by Karen. I wanted to search the floor for the perfect furniture and she encouraged me to do just that. When I found it and needed certain adjustments to the style she went to work and now I've ordered exactly what I wanted. This is an A+ store with A+ customer service and fabulous people!
