The service was poor and when we did finally talk to someone the lady talked as if she were talking to a child not a 63 year old woman. I tried to get her to understand I needed a refrigerator that I did buy delivered at a certain time which was a week later and she kept wanting to say she didn't know. I understand not committing but a good person wants to keep a customer happy and all she had to say was we will do our best. If there had been any other place to make this purchase I definitely would have

Lowe’s usually has what we need to get the job done.nnI like the fact that they honor veterans with special parking spaces & discounts.nnWhat i don’t like is that they’ve bought into the whole “wearing masks” culture. It might be a government mandated order, but it’s not a law.nnThe Lowe’s app is pretty accurate on where things are. I simply type in the search bar what I’m looking for & then glance lower at its isle location. Then i walk over to that location & find the item fairly quickly.nnThere are many other pro’s & con’s, but for the purposes of this simple mobile review I’m doing on their store - let’s just say: it’s worth your time to find something. I haven’t met a rude employee yet.
