I am a huge fan of mattress firm but this particular location is the best of the best!! Diederick is a pro. He not only set us up with an adjustable bed for a back injury, but he also fed us snacks and pop while we waited. We were in Gaffney, SC taking care of this purchase for my mom and had to collect the mattress and frame from the warehouse. Diederick called me and the warehouse the morning of pickup to clear our way. I hope I get to buy him a beer someday. He’s the best.nI will always appreciate his kindness and professionalism.nMattress Firm is the best.

I do not remember the associates name but he was amazing. Even helped me load the mattress in my SUV...once we figured out how to lay the seats down!!!! Highly recommended!!!
