Bought a beautiful Lay z Boy recliner recently. Delivery was promptly made on scheduled date, a few days later, with confirmed delivery notice. Loving my chair - comfy, cozy and christened with a short, restful nap on delivery day!! Great delivery, set up and awesome customer service!! Thank you!!

Sales associate Allison Rising was very deceptive from the get go. Give us a delivery date on three separate occasions finally the last date she gave was not accurate we waited and finally called the store and she s as I'd there was no room on the truck then she said her dealer was supposed to call us before I hung up the story changed and she said the delivery truck did run in our area on monday and it would be delivered on tuesday and her boss would be on the truck which was yet another lie. I will be ever do business with babcock again and will continue to tell anyone that will listen about my experience with Allison and Babcock. Oh and my the way my first review (same as this one)naway

I bought my granddaughter a bedroom suit And she love it. Friendly customer service,and my husband couldn't stop talking cause of the nicest lol....

This place is a complete rip off. Don't ever buy a 5pc bed set from here. They don't tell you that the list of 5 items on the back of the price is false advertisement. The bed frame itself counts a 3pc of the 5. Didn't realize that one piece of furniture counted as 3 now. Guess I need to go back to 1st grade. I will never shop here again, or recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a brand new dryer from here had problems out of it since I bought it door wouldnt stay shut to dry power button didn't hardly work called told them I didn't want it cause I had problems with it they told me they wasnt anything they can do that I have to call manufacture they came and fixed it but I'm still having the same problems After you purchase you are basically stuck with it they will not take it back even when you tell them you dont want it cause of the problems now I'm having to go buy me a dryer
