I can’t say enough nice things about this store and the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the store.nnWe live in Charlotte, NC but for the prices and pieces that we found, it was more than worth the drive. Most of the pieces were in such great condition, I even had to ask one of the employees how the items were considered “outlet.”nnI highly recommend checking this store out, especially if you’re familiar with Crate and Barrel as a brand, and have your eye on a few pieces. We were able to find five pieces that we wanted from the retail store here, all in fantastic condition. We will definitely be back!

Good selection of merchandise with only some being damaged. Just don't get too caught up with window displays as they will have a wait list and likely not sell to you. Very accurate descriptions on the Crate Gaffney Outlet facebook page!

It's what it is, bunch of junk. Might find diamond in the rough or a piece you could restore with minimal work.

Very poor customer service. 11 days & todate the item has not shipped. For a high end store they have poor service
