Founders credit union, is the place to choose, they have been very courteous to me, staff very helpful and concerned, never disrespectful, i always recommend Founders to friends.
I was the subject of fraud while I was in basic military training and since it passed there certain number of allotted days to fix it they wouldn’t do a thing to help. I was down around 1800 dollars with no help from founders. I recommend banking anywhere else.
Friendly staff and services
I don’t understand why most banks only have one person available to open a new account. They have like 4 or 5 cubicles. But only one person working. And sometimes there are more people working. However the other person only is in charge of Mortgages. The wait is quite long and there’s no reason for it. Finally I want to say that staff was friendly and attentive. When I asked if I could use the restroom. One guy stopped his phone conversation and told where the restroom was.
