My husband & I were helped out by David who greeted us right when we walked in & help us with every step, he first asked some questions about our sleeping habits & what we’re looking for, he really paid attention because he showed us several beds that fit everything we were looking for in mattress! David was patient as I had a million questions & he helped us pick the perfect mattress! He’s so nice, knowledgeable & didn’t try to pressure us at all into purchasing, which was why we purchased with him! We highly recommend David @ Mattress Firm in Anderson if your looking for a new mattress!
The mattresses on display must be different from what you will get. We ordered a soft “plush” mattress that was like laying on a cloud in the store, but the mattress that we picked up was hard as a rock. The salesman store manager said to “jump” on the mattress. Really? Is this standard procedure to soften a mattress? Why is there not a sign in the store letting customers know that if u want a soft mattress it is required for u do jump on it?
This is my second mattress purchase from Mattress Firm. As usual, I got outstanding service. Jarred was quick, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Great mattresses and great terms. I won’t go anywhere else the next time I need a mattress.
David was a great salesman. Not pushy at all which we appreciated. He was very well knowledged on the mattresses. I feel that he directed us in the right direction. Looking forward to our mattress delivery. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and there sales crew.
Jared was great as he helped us pick out a new mattress and educate us on adjustable bases. The purchase process was easy and the price was very reasonable. Now we’re just waiting on the mattress and adjustable base to come in.
