Look out, y'all! Overpriced to begin with, then there's no return on the mattresses. You better like it in the 10 minutes you lay on it, otherwise they will screw you. I tried to buy local and support local businesses, and I got screwed. Buy it on Amazon, save yourself some money and trouble
The mattress i have has a warrenty.. it was replaced 1 time for free. the second time they want to charge me.. The product does not last BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>
I was with someone else that purchased a $2000 mattress. Within 31 days it was sagging. It has to be sagging 1-1/2 inches before they will do anything and the store will not help. 31 days is all a $2000. mattress stays comfortable? You have to download a form and take off the mattress and boxsprings to take 6 different pics. A elderly person can not do that. If the store sends out someone you will be charged $100 or more. The store is no help after they get your money!! What a disgrace..only 31 days

We had a wonderful experience. I hate that I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped us, but he was awesome. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We would 100% use them again.
