Good store sales staff is not pushy. They were able to match prices off of another furniture site in store which was nice. Alyssa was very helpful if you need furniture I would recommend asking for her. I have bought furniture from here and and Hampton furniture but so far out of all the people I have dealt with she was the easiest.nnI have changed it from 4 to 2 stars due to the delivery of two of my items (out of total of 5) My queen sleeper couch was delivered and damaged during the process. The delivery driver doesn't call customer service like they are suppose to so you can advise them if the product is broken. Instead he called a voice-mail system had me leave name address and whether or not they wore their mask. Now I am waiting for Ashley's to decide if they will exchange my sleeper sofa, which can take up to 5 days. I needed this before the end of May for family that's staying at the house. Which, May not happen now and we can't use it since it is damaged and can possibly be exchanged. This could change depending on the results.

Our sales person Dennis was awesome. We found a lower deal after the sale was made for our sectional and he quickly came up with another reduced price which was refunded within days. The delivery was awesome and delivery crew was super nice as well as wore masks. 10/10

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DELIVERY PROCESS IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I HAVE ALREADY HAD TO TAKE 2 DAYS OFF WORK DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENT DELIVERY SERVICE. AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO TAKE TOMORROW OFF AS WELL! Will they actually show up tomorrow??? WHO KNOWS!! lets see....is 3 days lost wages worth a couch and sofa delivery??? I THINK NOT! A lesson learned. I will not do business with them again!

We were greeted very kindly as soon as we walked in. Dennis was our salesman and he did an awesome job of helping us find exactly what we needed and at a great price! ud83dudc4dud83cudffb Job well done!

Well going in the store was a pleasant experience. The employees were friendly and the furniture was nice and my family and i were in and out in less than an hour. HOWEVER what they didnt tell us is that their delivery process was horrible. We were told our dining set and couch would be delivered this week. Well it's this week and we still haven't gotten it. I go to call and the lady that answered the phone said that they didnt have either of the dining set or the couch and didnt know when they were going to have it. I spent over $2,600 for these and they dont know when they'll get it. I expected a full refund but they said I would have to wait 12 weeks or pay 10% which is outrageous and unfair. I WILL get my refund and I WILL never shop here again. I suggest others do the same.
