The hardwood floors and carpet look great. I’m happy with how they turned out except that they took weeks to install bc the workers kept getting pulled to other jobs. The tile they install was horrible. First they installed the wrong color tile. They had to rip it all up. Then when they got the correct color It was uneven, the grout lines were crooked, even had a cracked tile that they didn’t replace after I pointed it out, and they didn’t match the grout to other tile that was already in the room. Instead, they dyed it all a purpley gray color. Courtney finally told me he had is second rate guy install the tile bc there was a 3 month wait on their good tile guy. They ended up not charging for the tile. I ended up having to have another company rip everything out and start over. They also had to take out the existing grout bc of the dye that was used.
