Worst customer service I've seen in 20+ years of retail management! Bold face lied to a single mother that the 4 month old metro phone I was GIVING her after her phone broke would take at least 72 hours to activate on her existing account because it wasn't taken off my account even after calling Metro PCS's 1-800 number and being told it could be done in just a few minutes(they would do it over the phone or even walk her though it if necessary) in an attempt to make a sell for a commission check?!?! I understand that's how you make a majority of your paycheck but how do you sleep at night knowing you took food, clothes or some other necessity a child needs so their mother can have a phone for calls from school, doctors or God forbid an emergency?

Would not punch my card that will give a free gift if you make 6 payments (not really that big of deal) BUT they do NOT accept credit cards and you can't even take a phone case off the shelf they have EVERYTHING locked up and the guy was not nice at all. We will NOT be back to this store and I do NOT recommend anyone coming here!

the best customer service you will receive around the anderson area also the phone plans are reasonable and affordable... the must come place..!!
