Kerri the sales specialist working at this location made my experience a wonderful one. I was given the run around for 2 days over the phone with T-Mobile home internet customer service ( which was not helpful at all) I was finally told by the over the phone service people to go into a store that they could not help me, and I am glad I did. While at home internet service was outside of the scope of what Kerri usually deals with she was beyond willing to resolve my problem and best of all, she followed up with me along the way. It’s very hard to get excellent customer service these days but Kerri’s people and problem solving skills reminded me that great service still exists. Thank you-
My initial post was not flattering. In hindsight I judged the TMobile store unfairly. The performance of Brad and his sales associates was very prefessional and a credit to your organization. Keep up the good work.
My boyfriend and I came in pretty close to closing needing a new phone for him. Jennifer helped us out and was so nice even though it took us a decent amount of time to make a decision. She was so nice and patient with us. She made the experience seamless and so easy!
Very slow people lined up 1hr 20 mins just to buy a phone no plan just a phone
I am utterly disgusted and highly disappointed in this store it took me a couple of days to write my review t-mobile almost lost a customer just from one repair visit on an out of state trip every employee including there manager needs to be fired this store is nothing like our beautiful friendly stores in Soho im livid I definitely spend my money there go online or to haywood mall like they told me
