Quick customer service and quickly took care of my issues.
I love this store. Staff is always nice and the place is always clean. I went in one day needing help with my granddaughters phone there was 2 people in front of me. Several people came in. When the one person was done I was next but several people went to to the counter but the guy told them I was next. That was so sweet off him. Thank you
Cory and the other employee that helped us were super nice and helpful when my grandma wanted to buy a new phone and switch over to Metro. Both were patient and were able to multitask when other customers arrived
Cynthia was the worst person to work with I will never return to metro again. She was extremely rude. Switched to cricket wireless instead. Better deal anyway.
I've had metro for almost 4 years. NEVER had an issue til tmobile bought it. Barely can load any websites hardly can call people. People cant call me because the servers are busy. I'm switching as soon as possible.
