Stuart helped us today fora new phone for my husband. He went above and beyond and spent quite a bit of time making sure that the phone was set up properly and his data was restored. We had originally gone to the Verizon corporate store in Anderson but found it to be closed. A quick Google search brought us to TCC and we are glad it did. In times past I would have thought that a corporate store would have been more helpful. However, Stuart changed my mind about that. Very appreciative of his.help.

Chelsea informed my husband and I of a sales deal to replace my iPad Air with an ipad 10.2. We’re thrilled with the new ipad, especially since we can still make use of the old one in our home. Chelsea gave us great and helpful service to transfer data to the new ipad 10.2. Chelsea was very courteous and efficient. We have frequented this store, which is near our home, and have ALWAYS received courteous help and service.

Cory and Stuart were awesome. They had a great atmosphere and helped us set up a phone that the Clemson Boulevard store would not. They provided excellent customer service. We will always return to the Greenville Street store for any further Verizon needs.

Even though I have had (and still currently have) some very crazy problems with my Verizon cellular service, this review is based on my experience with the man who was working at this location. He was very willing to help and was professional yet still friendly. Not sure I would choose Verizon as my service provider again, but if there's any of you who do have or will have Verizon near this area, this store is a good one to visit.

Awesome experience! My husband has been having a time lately with his iPhone 6, we decided it’s time for a upgrade. We went in and Ty helped us. In no time we where heading home with new phone in hand and Excellent Customer Service! Thanks Ty!
