Bargained for a pillow top, paid them the money and didn't get what I Bargained for. Went back and asked why and was told what I got was on sale. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Salesman acted like we were trying to steal something! Haven't been made to feel like that since Dillards security guard followed me around the store while I was clothes shopping with my daughter. You would think people looking at new carpet would be welcomed here but I guess not.

I am very impressed with Michael’s. They were friendly and professional. I had my recliner delivered two hours after I purchased it, and my old one picked up.

The mattress I bought was defective and they never made it right. Never business there again.
