Best bank EVER!. I have been using Compass for 10 years both for personal and business. Service is exceptional. They know the regulations and keep me updated on anything that changes in regards to my banking needs.

If I could I'd rate them less than 1. First I got there 10 minutes before they closed. They were already locked up. Second I called them and asked why they were closed since their door said 5 o'clock and asked to speak to a manager, which i waited for 5 minutes just for them to hang up on me. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. When I get a chance, I am definitely switching banks.

Tellers are professional.

I just called to get some information of the bank about to cash my check and they literally hung up on me I will not be contacting or ever using this Bank very rude
