Publix Super Market Pointe

This was my first time here and I enjoyed my experience. Staff stopped stocking shelves and walked with me, talking and showing me exactly where the item I searched for could be found. Kudos to the staff stocking near the deli, she was warm and friendly, and kudos to the meat dept. knowledgeable staff, took me right to the duck meat I wanted.nThank you to the managers that I spoke with before leaving, for giving praise to their staff.nExcellent, I'll be back!!!

This is a bare bones Publix. It doesn't have some of the nicer amenities that I've seen in other Publix locations. The stock is always limited and it seems they are always out of the items I am looking for. Like tonight. Wanted some fried chicken. They didn't have any around 630 and said it was still cooking. I couldn't wait because I have kids and things to do. Went back at 830 and shelves were empty. The only reason I ever go here is because of its convenient location. It seems to disappointment me about 25% of times I go. I'll probably start going to Lowe's, Teeter, or Food Lion even though it's a further drive.

I fell in love with the Publix brand by visiting this store after work. Great service, great produce— I love coming to Publix. Some people love Target, I love Publix Lol Prices are high but the customer service makes it worth it, I can’t even lie

First time visiting this location. Seems to be a larger store. Had all the sales items other stores are out of. Very friendly staff. Clean store. Will definitely visit again.

Very clean environment. Every employee was extremely nice. Everyone was wearing a mask! The fish looked beautiful, especially the salmon.
