Friendly and humble staff/officer!nnThe google map takes you to the address 701 Union Street, take the stairs up to the building with [homestreet] bank.nnThis is small office with friendly security and staff. You go through the security, get a token, if no-one is at the window you could press a button. The 3 times I went there there were not more than 3 people. You get the token, you see your number, go up to the window, they collect the token number, collect your documents and forms, ask you to wait for 5 minutes until they review the documents, then they call you back at the window and give you instructions/receipt for the next step.nnI went to collect my passport in 5 business days but it was not ready. The officer apologized and he gave me a call later to tell me when I should expect it to be ready. The process was easy and painless. Looking forward to visit Japan now!
