Chris and the rest of the staff at this Sprint/T-mobile store were the most helpful employees I’ve encountered all day! He guaranteed he would be able to help me get a new iphone after 4 different t-mobile stores would not offer assistance with upgrading my sprint iPhone. Their service was fast and pleasant, thanks again

Really great location. I'm trying so hard to remember the employees names, but can't. The young lady that helped me was a WIZ at upgrading & getting me situated. I was in Seattle on vacation & my phone died. She was awesome! Also, 2 people came in with their masks below their nose & she was so professional & kind asking them to adjust it properly.

This is the best Sprint Store in King County. Every single time we have been here the customer service is exceptional. Even if parking kind of sucks downtown I always chose this location over south center.

Very helpful! Although sprint isnt the easiest phone company to have or deal with or the best quality all the time... but I enjoy going to this location because I always get the best help and leave happy with purchases and shopping experience! Even though it seems to be new people all the time, someone's hiring great team members at the location!

Extremely unhelpful. It’s unbelievable how hard it is to switch to Sprint. I wasted countless hours on the phone trying to get my order place and verified. When the phone verification failed, I was told to bring my proof of address, SSN, and driver’s license to the downtown Seattle sprint store to complete the order verification process, which I did.nnUpon entering the store, no service rep understood what an order verification means. I had to call the order verification department myself and have them talk to the service reps in the store. Guess what the conclusion was????? I had to find another sprint store with a fax machine because they don’t have it!!!! I can’t believe it is 2020 now and they still make fax as part of the required process. It is such a crime they are committing to waste ppl’s lives. I wouldn’t be surprised if sprint struggles to stay in business with this kind of broken process and terrible customer service.
