Tune: Hi-Fi for Humans is an excellent store offering top-notch customer service. Connon was responsive and polite, all while giving candid opinions on the product I was interested in. In addition to the purchasing experience, the thank you email with additional suggestions was also appreciated. Unfortunately I had a bad experience in what seems like a nice shop. Guy on the floor was poorly informed about some basic things he needed to know to sell me a pair of speakers. Bummer as I went in to buy a pair of speakers and couldn't. Like I said seems like a cool place though.
I really appreciated the esoteric knowledge of the equipment they sell..I showed up with the wrong type of phonocartridge ~ after careful measurement it turned out to be usable anyway, per the manufacturer's website. This salesman avoided some more expensive audio components they also sell but I have no space for! I want to recommend this store.
When will you actually be open?nnI stopped by earlier this week only to discover that the store is on summer hours, and only open on Saturdays through August. There is no mention of this on the store's website or various profile pages. There is only a small handwritten sign on the front door to notify customers.nnToday, Saturday, I tried to visit again at 12:30PM and the store was still not open.nnPlease update your website and profile pages with accurate operating hours. And be open when you say you will be.
