Big shout out to Adam. He is very knowledgable and helpful. The staff at this location is better than other AT&T stores I have been to in Seattle.
Great service from the store manager, great place to get your new lines.
Came to the store with a hotspot device and bought for a pre-paid data SIM.n3 days later, the final result is:n- I can only access the AT&T website on the device.n- I paid $56 for the data I can't usen- My device's IMEI number is now registered in some global database to AT&T and I can't use it with any other provider, that's another $100nA well-deserved one star.
Calvin helped me out the other day and he was great. I actually understood my bill and how to set up my new stuff at home. He also let me know about all the promotions and I left with a pretty sweet deal. No more $300 cable bills! would highly recommend working with him i you have the chance! :)
James is the best. He lets me bug him about my account at all times. Ha He is legit there for me and comes through. He understands my struggle with over the phone customer service and handles things for me. This guy should be manager right away. Thanks for your excellent customer service.
