Let me tell you about an amazing experience. I was stranded on the top of Mt Airy on 77 with my 110 lb German Shepherd after my car died. Drew ended coming out to get me and treated me amazing. First off it was freezing and raining and I needed them to come quick and they did. Within 35 minutes and calls along the way.nnDrew Helped me get everything settled, pick a hotel that was pet friendly, offered to take me to get food, held great conversation, and took me by the automotive repair shop before dropping me off at the hotel so I knew where it was. Not only did he do that but after I left him he once again hondo up the car to jumper cables to see if it was a simple issue, and got back to me by text.nnAnd the price to settle the tow was probably one of the best in the industry especially for a late night call.nnTruly appreciate Drew and Ultimate Towing and will be nothing more than a huge advocate for anyone in need in the future!

My wife had an issue with her vehicle outside of Mt Airy on US 52. It ended up being a CV axle. Called Ultimate towing and Drew called within minutes. Within a half hour he was onsite. From the time I called Drew called to let me know he was on his way and when he would be there. Communication was excellent and the price very reasonable. He arrived when he said he would and transported our vehicle to High Point within a reasonable timeframe. He was very accommodating and professional. One of the best towing experiences I have had. This review is long overdue. In Feb 2020 I took my yearly trip to Aiken SC with my horse and trailer. After driving almost 8 hrs I blew a tire which wrapped around my trailer fender. Stranded on the side of the highway with a live animal, not knowing anyone and far from home, I did an internet search for a tow company near me. Ultimate towing came up on my search and they promptly responded. My entire fender had to come off and a spare put back on-all without unloading my horse. I was tired, stressed and worried. They put me at ease and we’re absolutely professional and the expense reasonable.nI am gearing up for my trip again Feb 2021 and realized I never sent this. Shame on me- companies this amazing should be recognizednThank you again for getting me back on the road! You guys were awesome!!
