U-Pack

We recently used U-Pack to move from Milwaukee to Charlotte. I did a lot of research before reserving a 28 foot trailer and I couldn’t be happier. The trailer was delivered on time. We had 3 days to fill it up. Pick up and drop off we’re so easy. Great drivers that were friendly and helpful (got the ramp down for me when my husband wasn’t home). Our stuff arrived on time (3-4 business days). I highly recommend them and I believe their prices can’t be beat! Will definitely use them again.

they always drop off early in their window and pick up when they say they will. My trailer was full to the brim and could not fit the ramp in it. When drop off came they had the ramp at the house by the time they dropped off the trailer. I have used these guys for the better part of 25 years and couldn't think of using anyone else!!!

Using a cube for a small move for my 83 year old aunt worked beautifully. The cube was delivered to the back of the driveway, where we could pack it at our own pace, then several days later, lock it up and have it picked up. When it was delivered to the new home, the driver waited while we quickly unpacked the boxes to the garage (took only about 20 minutes) but then he could take the cube and it didn't sit in the driveway at all. We could have had it for a few days to unpack if that was our choice. All in all, I would absolutely use this service again. Not one thing got broken in transit and every step of the way, there was someone to call if we had a question and everything was done exactly on time.

I needed to move my stuff from FL to WI... I was weighing a lot of options and after reaching different moving companies in different pod companies I decided to go with this one. I was extremely anxious but everything worked out just fine. They dropped it off no problem then I got a text message with the link to click when I was ready for to get picked up my stuff arrived early in Wisconsin they dropped it off and text me with the link to click when I was ready for to get picked up. I was not there when they delivered the pods it was delivered to a storage unit and the storage unit manager accepted them. They arrived early everything was in good condition I was looking into U-Haul pods and a couple other companies and saw some freak reviews which made me really scared but everything worked out and all my stuff came in good condition just how I packed it

I used service to move out of state. I did not use any associated moving companies to do the actual heavy lifting. Delivery of trailer was on time and driver was courteous and professional but he works for a contracted freight company. In general everyone I dealt with at UPack was friendly but there seems to be a disconnect between the company and the people they contract with in each location. The trailer was delivered on a Tuesday (I arrived on Saturday but the local freight company did not work weekends or holidays). Once delivered it was emptied and ready to be picked up the same day, but it wasn’t picked up until Friday. It caused a bit of difficulty with my new neighbors. When using the service just keep in mind that they are not managing end to end service/experience and you will have to ask the right questions to ensure transport is smooth on both ends. The trailer I had was about the same size as a shorter 18 wheeler trailer, keep that in mind as you will be using ramps to load in and out of the trailer. Overall, the service was very affordable and the most efficient way for me to move long distance. I would recommend, but with those small caveats.
